Katzen-Cafe in Bremen

In summer we like to sit in the courtyard. The food is delicious!

As always, great food! It is also possible to eat sushi from the Toshido in the cat café and vice versa. We were already here for our wedding in 2013 and we will always remember it.

Once you have found the entrance, because the alleys are rather narrow: great atmosphere. Good, French-influenced menu. Tasted very good, a little more expensive than usual in Bremen, but a great experience!

Returned there with a wedding party. A catastrophe beforehand, because each time a different contact person and nobody knew. Everything is told anew every time. The reception was nice. Then a soup was served. That was good. Then the main courses. Mine was the rather tasteless Normandy pot. 6 pieces of not tender pork fillet, 7 quartered mushrooms. The potato gratin served with it was good but very little. Very expensive for that. Getting something to drink was very difficult. I managed to order 3 Spezis (in just under 10 hours). There was no question. At some point the boss (?) Came over and said, you're still there. Very rude. Oh yes, the toilet couldn't be locked. Very uncomfortable. I will now give the cat café a wide berth. It's a shame. Was once a great restaurant.

By far this is the best restaurant in town. And it's French! Tried many of them and not a single one came close to the experience. This is to say the food was delicious with every bite. Had the tuna tartare and mixed platter for appetizers. Those were simply perfect. For the main had the chicken with vegetables dish. Was quite skeptical about ordering it initially, but I did not regret it at all. It's a big portion, and shared it with other who also loved it. Other dishes ordered also got great feedback. Ambience was lively and the waiter (young guy) was extremely helpful, patient and funny. Everything together made it such a great experience! Will definitely visit again.

The restaurant is located in a cozy alley in the center of town. You can sit outside and it is covered. A lot of plants with the combination of warmth make people very comfortable. The service is very nice and you don't have to wait that long. The food is always nicely prepared and tastes very good too.

Very tasty food (fish) u. a professional waiter. Only the question or announcement of the boss, around 8:00 p.m., whether we want a table for dinner, was completely superfluous and inappropriate. She assumed that we just want to have a drink and block the table in this way. She wanted to make sure we got something to eat. Can a good restaurateur formulate better.

Food was okay except for the meat, unfortunately you noticed that it was not of the best quality or it was just completely wrongly prepared. The fries were delicious but unfortunately way too salty. The condition was okay but didn't like to hear criticism of the food. The location is of course very relaxed. The dessert, on the other hand, was very tasty and recommended

A very nice café in the old town of Bremen. Located in the middle of the Schnoor. The ambience and atmosphere are unique in Bremen. The food and drinks are tasty and of high quality and the service is excellent.

Where are the cats

The dishes are very good. One of the waiters speaks French and is very friendly. We had a great time in this magical place.

The decor is well chosen in the restaurant. A very clear map. What I didn't know in Germany so far, that there were two dishes, where the daily price was. You had to ask for this. The food was very good, the prices high. But I expected that in this area. Service, nice, brisk and more positive. I liked it, with the calm, subtle music in the background. One star minus, daily prices.

A beautifully located and tastefully decorated restaurant in the Schnoor quarter. The food and wine were excellent, the changing offers and the dishes from the menu we liked. However, there is still a star deduction, as several dishes were out and it was in the local very warm and a bit noisy. The service was friendly.

Not cheap - we paid 95 euro for 6 oysters, herring appetizer, fish main course, gnocchi, kinder schnitzel, one alcohol free beer and one glass of white wine. Atmosphere is very nice, a lot of tables but without feeling that it's too crowded. Service was ideal- nice and friendly. Food. Some dishes were absolutely delicious- gnocchi, herring- mmm. Others were good too but could be better- f ex fish and schnitzel were unsalted and flavorless (but fresh). Potatoes as a only side dish - a bit disappointing for me (not a fan for potatoes). But - to be fair, we didn't ask about possible changes in advance. I just couldn't imagine that "seasoned vegetable" is boiled potatoes and nothing else. In general - very good if you are ready for prices.

To be honest. We had a lovely meal ... untill we were ready with our main course. After that we were left alone. No dessert or coffee were offered. It was the last evening of a beautiful vacation, but it wasn’t what we had hoped for. A pity... we come here every year, but it may well have been the last time.

Of course I am a man got maybe a romantic slant ... This restaurant is such a beautiful place! On a hidden courtyard in the Old Town, Bremen you find yourself face to face with a picturesque Mediterranean terrace. Yeah sorry, it is like nowhere, and a picture really captures the atmosphere not. You just have to see. Better yet: you must have eaten since dinner was delicious! Tender, tasty, top! Not too friendly service, but quality at a very unique very attractive location.

Total disappointment! NO CATS! IT'S A TRAP. It's actually a super fancy (and very expensive) restaurant.

After we had found the entrance of the restaurant we asked politely for a table of 4. It was a busy day. The server was quite rude to us, saying there is only a table available outside the main restaurant in the cold. I was irritated as there was a table in the back with people about to leave. I asked if we could wait for that table in the back ready to leave. He replied again in a rude way that he can't scare the people away and waiting makes no sense. Disappointed by the rude server we left for another place.

What a great location! Nestled in a small courtyard filled with plants, on many levels, this restaurant is both quaint and welcoming. Service is very good, food was delicious. If you're in Bremen you must go!

Unfortunately, despite the name, it does not have any cats in the cafe. But what it does have is a cozy location in the heart of the Schnoor. I've stopped by here several times for a coffee or a beer and for that its quite recommendable!
